Thousand Oaks Police Department ALERT!

We Need Your Help Identifying Robbery Suspects!

On 6-21-16, at about 12:48 AM, officers assigned to the Thousand Oaks Police Department responded to the 7-Eleven on Kimber Drive in Newbury Park for an armed robbery that had just occurred.

Officers investigating the incident learned two male suspects entered the location. One suspect approached the victim (lone employee) in the store as the other suspect acted as a lookout. One of the suspects was armed with a knife as he ordered the victim to open the cash register. The victim complied and the suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the register. Both suspects fled the location on foot.

The suspects are described as Hispanic males approximately 5’7″ and 170 to 200 lbs. They were wearing dark color hooded sweatshirts and black pants. One suspect wore dark sunglasses in an effort to conceal his identity.

No persons were injured as a result of the robbery. The suspects are still outstanding. Detectives are requesting the public look closely at the attached surveillance photographs.
