Howard Blau was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the University of Southern California. Following graduation, Howard, like many young people, could not decide on a career. He needed some time to think things through. He enjoyed the pleasure of motorcycle riding and decided to take a job at a motorcycle shop. While working at the motorcycle shop Howard developed a first hand in depth understanding of the technical aspects of motorcycles and the mind set of those who enjoy motorcycle riding.

Howard then chose a legal career and attended the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, graduating with honors. Following graduation, Howard, moved back to Los Angeles and began his legal career representing injury victims.

From the beginning of his legal career, Howard has dedicated his efforts to serving the interests of seriously injured accident victims against insurance companies and big corporations. His goals are: to not only level the playing field but to tilt the playing field in favor of his clients, and to represent his clients in an intelligent and aggressive manner with honesty, integrity and compassion so that his clients feel respected and receive the maximum recovery as quickly as possible.
